Cooking Class: Divine Vegan Feast

In this unique, interactive cooking class with Chef Anne, you’ll transform plant-based ingredients into gourmet dishes that foodies of all kinds will love. To begin, you’ll craft homemade hummus, flatbread and carrot ginger soup. You’ll then make a creamy miso pasta peppered with Brussels sprouts. For dessert, Chef Anne will teach you how to prepare a raw chocolate avocado tart with nuts, dates and cacao powder. Every dish will be prepared with only the freshest vegan ingredients — no need for meat here!
