Guests in this class are invited to expand their palates as they learn to balance flavors and seasonings with a savory starter featuring fresh vegetables in a rich gizzard and shrimp sauce. The main course pairs flaky grilled tilapia fillets with fried African yams seasoned with bold peppers and spices. For dessert, enjoy an airy sponge cake soaked in decadent syrups flavored with lemon and butterscotch.

I have been eating series of African and Western Cuisine prepared by her in the past one year. Clearly, I can say that they have the best food for clients with diverse taste and backgrounds. Their food is always fresh with right flavor. They deliver food that taste good and super delicious. They have amazingly and friendly employee who are always willing to help. Their prices are pocket friendly.
