Explore the flavor and imagination of spices and savory seasonings in this unique and interactive cooking class with Chef Taciana. Start with a refreshing fennel and radish mixed green salad topped with cucumber, heirloom grape tomatoes and tangy apple cider vinaigrette. Next is a savory seared chicken breast with pumpkin rice and spiced cabbage seasoned with coconut, allspice, ginger, thyme and cinnamon. Dessert is a classic bread pudding with a sweet caramel rum sauce.

We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was relaxed and I did not feel under pressure to make sure I was doing everything perfectly. Chef Taciana was great - She explained everything and now I have a new meal I can make at home.

What a great afternoon. Taciana made the experience a light, no pressure informal cook together. It was good menu, excellent learning new things, and we got some to take home!
