Cooking Class: Southern Creole Cuisine

Celebrate the unique flavors of Creole cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Michelle. You'll prepare a menu of authentic Southern favorites straight from bayou country. First, you'll make fried green tomatoes with homemade remoulade. Then, you'll enjoy a fresh spinach and strawberry salad with glazed pecans. Then learn to prepare a classic crawfish étouffée in a creamy sauce, served over fluffy rice. For dessert, you'll learn to make bread pudding with homemade whiskey-caramel sauce.
