Cooking Class: Learn Intuitive Eating Through Cooking
Learn the principles of intuitive eating in this cooking class with Chef Jenn. You'll prepare three recipes that nourish your body through fresh vegetables, warming broths and fresh fruit. First you'll learn to make spring rolls with carrots, mango, ginger and more. Then you'll make a warming ramen bowl with dashi broth, spicy kimchi and hearty mushrooms. To end class on a sweet and healthy note, Chef Jenn will teach you to make lychee mint sorbet for dessert.

Chef Jen was a fantastic teacher! She made the cooking fun and easy! I never knew mozzarella could be so easy to make! Will definitely try to take her classes again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Fun class. Mozzarella is so easy to make I. Jenn helps you feel confident making it at home. I would have liked for her to show us basics on how to present a charcuterie board.
