What You’ll Do

You'll start the session by marinating and grilling tender beef for bulgogi ssam, then wrap it in crisp lettuce, fragrant perilla leaves and savory ssamjang. Next, you'll move on to perfectly crisped pork belly (samgyeopsal). Explore the rich, tangy world of kimchi through simmered kimchi jjigae and fresh, vibrant geotjeori and create a variety of shareable sides, from spicy cucumber and scallion salads to seasoned bean sprouts and pickled radish. Vegetarian options with king oyster mushrooms are available and steamed rice ties every dish together. Book your spot now!

Chef Camila made our sushi-making experience unforgettable! The quality of the fish was incredibly fresh, restaurant level, and you could tell she truly cares about ingredients and technique. On top of that, she’s extremely personable and genuinely funny, which kept the energy light and engaging the entire time. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and ate amazing sushi.
