Chef James brings the rustic tastes of Italy's landscape to your table with vegetarian cooking classes. Begin with an antipasti course of Spanish olives, anchovies, artisan cheeses and Acme olive bread. Next, you'll prepare a primo gem salad with oranges, sherry vinegar and olio nuovo. Your entrée is handmade potato gnocchi with San Marzano tomatoes, cream and hot pepper. For dessert, enjoy a rich and creamy postre la quesada with local berries.

We had a wonderful time, the chef is warm and welcoming. He was a terrific teacher and we made the best gnocchi we have ever eaten! Great attention to detail and homey elegant atmosphere
