This was a delicious and delightful experience with Chef Alexandra!! Everything was pre measured and prepared for us. I'm a gluten intolerant person and Chef Alexandra not only provided me with gluten free ingredients and a safety bowl and tray. She was fun and professional at the same time. We enjoyed the company of the others in our class, too. A most educative and enjoyable experience!
