Based in Philadelphia, Chef Alessandra brings a vibrant blend of passion, artistry and technical skill shaped by years in some of the East Coast’s most notable kitchens. Her culinary path spans recipe development for a major food television network and deep training in charcuterie and sausage crafting. As a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education’s Farm to Table program, she draws from local farms, seasonal harvests and the stories woven into each ingredient. For Chef Alessandra, cooking is a way to create connection through flavor, craft and the shared experience of a meal.

This was a delicious and delightful experience with Chef Alexandra!! Everything was pre measured and prepared for us. I'm a gluten intolerant person and Chef Alexandra not only provided me with gluten free ingredients and a safety bowl and tray.
She was fun and professional at the same time. We enjoyed the company of the others in our class, too. A most educative and enjoyable experience!

Chef Alessandra was amazing! She was patient, helpful, and so funny! We absolutely loved our experience with her! We even made new friends :-) We will definitely be doing another class. Our dish was delicious!

Alessandra was fun, interesting, and most importantly, knowledgeable. It was interesting that the class was in the middle of a bar, I expected it to be in a kitchen.

Chef Alessandra was incredibly friendly and personable, which made the entire cooking class such a fun and welcoming experience. The food turned out absolutely delicious, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to follow. I had a great time and will definitely be taking another one of her classes in the future. Highly recommend!
