Alessandra was fun, interesting, and most importantly, knowledgeable. It was interesting that the class was in the middle of a bar, I expected it to be in a kitchen.

Chef Alessandra was incredibly friendly and personable, which made the entire cooking class such a fun and welcoming experience. The food turned out absolutely delicious, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to follow. I had a great time and will definitely be taking another one of her classes in the future.
