Join Chef Alessandra for this hands-on Tuscan cooking class. You’ll prepare recipes that have been passed down through generations, starting with soft gnudi made from ricotta, spinach and Pecorino Romano. Next, you’ll put together a colorful Italian salad using fresh vegetables and a homemade dressing. For the main course, you’ll create savory beef involtini wrapped in tender cabbage leaves, with a vegetarian option available. My boyfriend and I signed up for Chef Alessandra's pici class at Uptown Beer garden, and loved it! Even with a rainy evening, we had a blast. The night was filled with great conversation, laughs, and making and eating this delicious authentic Tuscan dish! Uptown Beer Garden even had wine and prosecco available for the perfect pairing. We are ready for our next class, chef!
