Based in Philadelphia, Chef Alessandra brings a vibrant blend of passion, artistry and technical skill shaped by years in some of the East Coast’s most notable kitchens. Her culinary path spans recipe development for a major food television network and deep training in charcuterie and sausage crafting. As a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education’s Farm to Table program, she draws from local farms, seasonal harvests and the stories woven into each ingredient. For Chef Alessandra, cooking is a way to create connection through flavor, craft and the shared experience of a meal.
