Cooking Class: Make Tuscan Pici Pasta

Hand-roll Tuscan pici pasta in this cozy, hands-on cooking class with Chef Alessandra!

You’ll begin by combining just flour, water and olive oil before rolling the dough into thick pici,  a traditional pasta shape that looks like sturdy, hand-shaped spaghetti. The technique is simple, relaxing and incredibly fun once you get into the rhythm. When your pasta is ready, you’ll blend a bright pesto pre-made by Chef Alessandra with fresh basil, almonds and Parmigiano Reggiano. Toss everything together and you’ve got an aromatic bowl of true Tuscan goodness. If you’ve been wanting to slow down, cook with your hands and try something new, this is the perfect class for you. Bring a little piece of Tuscany into your kitchen and book your spot today!

Alessandra was fun, interesting, and most importantly, knowledgeable. It was interesting that the class was in the middle of a bar, I expected it to be in a kitchen.
