in this hands-on cooking class, Chef Christopher is ready to share his tips and professional skills for creating the perfect Italian meal at home.
You'll start with a fresh Caprese salad with basil, burrata and a balsamic reduction. Next is stuffed dates with candied bacon and herbed goat cheese. Your entrée is a choice of bucatini pasta with Vermont cream and white wine or homemade ziti with Bolognese, ground sirloin and Italian pork. Dessert is a rich affogato with homemade gelato or ice cream served with espresso and whipped cream.

Our experience with Chef Christopher was such a delight! His friendly personality and fun sense of humor made us feel very welcome and relaxed in his home. We learned a great deal about the dishes that we were making and the ingredients that went into them. He provided so much food! We were stuffed at the end of the night and excited to have leftovers to take home to enjoy the next day. I would definitely recommend a class with Christopher for a fun date night or an evening out with friends.
