In this cooking class, you'll learn all of the wonders of French cuisine!


In this cooking class, guided by Chef Ricky, you’ll prepare a silky potato leek soup, grilled lamb chops in a fresh rosemary marinade, creamy garlic potatoes Dauphinoise with Gruyère cheese and locally sourced broccoli with rich Hollandaise sauce. Finish with a decadent Grand Marnier soufflé. Wow your guests with this French menu and discover how fun and easy French cuisine is!

Potato Leek Soup

With potatoes, leeks, chicken stock, thyme, parsley and bay leaf


Grilled Lamb Chops

With fresh herb marinade of rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, olive oil and basaltic vinegar


Potatoes Dauphinoise

With Yukon gold potatoes, cream, garlic, Gruyère cheese and thyme


Broccoli With Hollandaise Sauce

With broccoli, egg, butter and lemon


Grand Marnier Soufflé

With eggs, sugar, butter and Grand Marnier

Best cooking class ever!! My husband and I enjoy taking cooking classes together. Chef Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable, and made French food accessible. We will definitely be able to recreate the recipes, and the dishes were delicious.

Chef Ricky was AMAZING!! He was casual, funny, and informative...as well as a wonderful teacher and chef. My wife and I took the class to celebrate our 7th anniversary, and the interaction with Ricky (and, the six other guests in attendance) was extremely fun and memorable. The meal we prepared together was incredible!! Thank you, so much!!!
