In this cooking class, you'll learn all of the wonders of French cuisine!


In this cooking class, guided by Chef Ricky, you’ll prepare a silky potato leek soup, grilled lamb chops in a fresh rosemary marinade, creamy garlic potatoes Dauphinoise with Gruyère cheese and locally sourced broccoli with rich Hollandaise sauce. Finish with a decadent Grand Marnier soufflé. Wow your guests with this French menu and discover how fun and easy French cuisine is!

Potato Leek Soup

With potatoes, leeks, chicken stock, thyme, parsley and bay leaf


Grilled Lamb Chops

With fresh herb marinade of rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, olive oil and basaltic vinegar


Potatoes Dauphinoise

With Yukon gold potatoes, cream, garlic, Gruyère cheese and thyme


Broccoli With Hollandaise Sauce

With broccoli, egg, butter and lemon


Grand Marnier Soufflé

With eggs, sugar, butter and Grand Marnier

My family had a wonderful time learning and cooking with Chef Ricky. He is not only very knowledgeable about the recipes, but also about their origins and history. He kept us engaged the entire time, and we came out of the class with a much deeper appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine. From crafting flavorful pho and fresh spring rolls, to assembling the perfect bánh mì and finishing with sweet mango sticky rice, every dish was hands-on, fun, and absolutely delicious. We left with both full stomachs and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable culinary experience
