In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luca, you'll discover the unique dishes of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.

Chef Luca will guide you through creating homemade Italian dishes across five courses. First, you'll begin with a crispy torta fritta stuffed with prosciutto di Parma. Next, you'll learn the skillful craft of homemade pastas, including tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and ravioli with sweet potatoes. You'll also learn how to make a perfectly seared beef filet. For dessert, indulge in a creamy homemade vanilla gelato affogato al caffè.

My husband and I were transported to Italy with our tastebuds. Chef Luca was such a delight cracking jokes while cracking eggs. Every course of the meal was superb and there is no way to choose a favorite. The event far exceeded going out to a restaurant; even a Michelin-starred one. We both loved participating in making fresh pasta-felt like a kid again.

Chef Luca was high energy and so much fun!!! We laughed all night as he prepared our amazingly delicious meal. He came with chopped, diced and grated ingredients so the course didn’t last 3 hours. However he shared every ingredient with us and the story behind each dish. We were hands on making and rolling the pasta but Lucas prepared all the other dishes, which was totally ok with me. Everything he made was with fresh ingredients and tasted incredible. This is a perfect class to sit back, ask questions and eat ALOT of amazing food, so make sure you are hungry!!!!! Thank you for a great night Chef Luca!!!!

Chef Luca was FABULOUS! Energetic, full of knowledge, great tips, and gave us a night to remember. His food was to die for. Such a great present- cannot think of a better way to spend time with loved ones. Chef Luca brought Italy to our home and we will be sure to have him again for another memorable evening.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun learning to make pasta with Chef Luca! The space and environment he set up was fun, light hearted and full of laughs. He taught us to make a couple different dishes and all were excellent…one of the best pastas I’ve had in a long time! Chef Luca is very knowledgeable on the foods history and it was fun and interesting to learn about. We will definitely be coming back and bringing our friends!!

My husband and I had SO much fun with Chef Luca! The experience of learning to cook all the exciting dishes in a fun environment was unforgettable. Chef Luca’s personality will set you at ease right away and keep you laughing the whole night. On top of that, the food was wonderful! What an amazing, unforgettable evening my beau and I had with Chef Luca for his Italian Seafood & Pasta dinner class! It was as though we had been transported to Parma, Italy itself! Every aspect of the class was meticulously planned out and incredibly easy to follow. Chef Luca was vibrant, passionate and incredibly charming. We learned how to prepare fresh smoked salmon rolls with homemade ricotta (which is my new obsession), tagliatelle pasta with a lobster cream sauce and drunken scampi. For desert, we made the most delightful chocolate mousse with a tad of honey. Need I say more? This class was more than a class, it was an experience of learning how to truly enjoy a meal, the Italian culture and its rich history and relationship with food. Chef Luca and his classes are an Atlanta treasure, conveniently tucked away in a Midtown loft. I look forward to returning and sharing this experience with family and friends. Bravo!

Chef Luca makes you feel at home in his home. You will learn how to make authentic Italian cuisine, but more importantly you will experience true human connection and leave feeling more confident in your ability to make cooking fun and simple.
