In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luca, you'll discover the unique dishes of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.
Chef Luca will guide you through creating homemade Italian dishes across five courses. First, you'll begin with a crispy torta fritta stuffed with prosciutto di Parma. Next, you'll learn the skillful craft of homemade pastas, including tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and ravioli with sweet potatoes. You'll also learn how to make a perfectly seared beef filet. For dessert, indulge in a creamy homemade vanilla gelato affogato al caffè.

My husband and I were transported to Italy with our tastebuds. Chef Luca was such a delight cracking jokes while cracking eggs. Every course of the meal was superb and there is no way to choose a favorite. The event far exceeded going out to a restaurant; even a Michelin-starred one. We both loved participating in making fresh pasta-felt like a kid again.

Hailing from Parma, Italy, Chef Luca is a culinary talent with more than 22 years of professional experience. After honing his craft in Italy and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, he relocated to Atlanta, where he found great success as a personal and private chef. He's also a culinary instructor with a passion for incorporating history lessons into his interactive cooking classes.
