Chef Paco was awesome. He is a good teacher. He is friendly and humorous. We really enjoyed the setting in his home. It was lovely. We really liked how nicely the table was set and how well the kitchen was set up for our class. We were served a salad and a dessert in addition to the food we learned to cook. Paco is a natural teacher.

Wonderful class! We went for a birthday and learned a lot. Chef Paco is great at direction while also making it fun. Overall, loved the class and hope to take more of his classes.
