Enjoy a global vegetarian fare in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Manjiri. Across five courses, you'll explore a variety of exquisite vegetarian dishes from around the world. First, you'll craft a traditional Indian black-eyed peas curry with tomatoes, onion and ginger, paired with a refreshing Greek tzatziki sauce. Then, you'll make a traditional Thai tofu spinach stir fry with an authentic side of Mexican rice. For dessert, you'll prepare a universal favorite: Sweet fruit cream with mixed fruit.

Chef Manjiri was fantastic! She was very considerate and flexible with scheduling. The food was delicious and she made cooking easy and fun. I’d definitely urge to take her classes!
Chef Manjiri believes the best way to learn to cook is through hands-on kitchen experience. Her classes are entertaining yet informative, teaching simple, effective culinary techniques that her students can carry with them to grow their range of skills as they expand their recipe repertoire.
