Learn how to make classic Japanese sushi with fresh ingredients in this cooking class with Chef Misako.
Start the class by learning the secret to making perfectly seasoned sushi rice for your rolls. Plus, practice your knife skills to chop avocado, cucumber and carrots into julienned strips. Then, spread your sushi rice across nori sheets and layer your fresh ingredients to make two types of rolls. Layer avocado, cucumber and imitation crab and master the art of rolling it inside-out to make a Uramaki California roll. Then, add cucumber, carrot and pickled radish to make a crisp and colorful rainbow roll. Chef Misako will teach you how to properly cut your sushi into pieces and serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. A feast awaits you when you book this cooking class today!

The class was quite entertaining! I picked up some techniques and skills I’ve never had before in the kitchen. Don’t rush the roll like I did, or it will pour out of the bottom :)
