We had a fantastic time! Incredibly kind and friendly, Sean created a open inviting environment for us to learn the basics of making our own pasta and alfredo sauce. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quick intro to Italian cuisine or cooking in general, he was a wonderful teacher :)

Really enjoyed this class!! Got to learn how to make yummy fettuccine Alfredo from scratch and even got to bring some home with me 😋 Only thing is I forgot to take a picture of the recipe...

It was great! Sean was very personable and helpful in his instruction and had some good tidbits. I would encourage him to share even more useful general cooking tips and tricks as he seemed like a great resource.
