Great for new vegans and veteran home cooks alike, Chef Damon's workshop is a masterclass in flavor and technique. He'll teach you how to prepare a delicious three-course meal using fresh, wholesome ingredients. The session starts with flavorful vegan summer rolls, where you’ll hone your knife skills and perfect your plating. Next, pick between two satisfying main dishes: creamy vegan mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or a comforting mushroom stroganoff served with pasta. Finish with aquafaba chocolate mousse, a luscious dairy-free dessert made with chickpea water, cacao and vanilla.
