Discover how easy it is to craft your favorite sushi rolls in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Damon.
The class begins with a savory miso soup. Simmer umami-packed miso paste to make a flavorful broth and fill it with tofu and green onions. Then, dive into the art of making sushi. Craft the perfect seasoned sushi rice to act as the base of your rolls. Chop fresh vegetables and learn how to prepare sushi-grade fish. Then, layer your ingredients on nori sheets to make California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and vegetable rolls. Next, Chef Damon will teach you the technique to hand-roll the sushi and cut them into bite-sized pieces. End the meal by making mochi ice cream to end on a sweet note.

Trained in classic French culinary techniques and holding two culinary degrees, he has four medals from the American Culinary Federation for professional competitions.
