Hello Chef Paige, Thanks for the opportunity to cook with you and your staff in your marvelous Asian Dumpling class. My husband and I had a ball creating dumplings that we see at many expensive restaurants. You made the job so easy to recreate. We will definitely have another cooking session with you, maybe an Asian cooking class. And thanks for feeding us. The charcuterie and wine made the experience fulfilling. Thanks sooooo much! It was fun!

Chefs Alex and Edgar were good but we didn't see Chef Danny. While we overall had a fun time, we started late as some others showed up late and we didn't get all the instruction we could have had. We tipped in cash. Oh....food was good and while we BYOB there was already some wine at the event.

Chef Danny was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared many tips not only about what we were cooking, but general cooking tips as well. The kitchen was clean and well maintained.
