To begin, make tender chicken curry with coconut milk and aromatic spices using traditional techniques. Then, learn how to make an authentic dal with lentils and coconut milk and cook coconut with onions, lime and chili. Plus, use lentil flour to make papadam flatbreads to enjoy with your dishes. Explore the sweet side of Sri Lankan cuisine with a buffalo curd dessert topped with sweet treacle syrup to finish the meal. These elevated flavors will be a new favorite in your recipe rotation.

Chef Camila made our sushi-making experience unforgettable! The quality of the fish was incredibly fresh, restaurant level, and you could tell she truly cares about ingredients and technique. Her explanations were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, making the process fun and approachable for my husband and I, regardless of experience level. On top of that, she’s extremely personable and genuinely funny, which kept the energy light and engaging the entire time. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and ate amazing sushi.
