Cooking Class: Flavors of Thailand

Transport yourself to Thailand in this immersive cooking class. You'll learn how to craft four flavorful courses with the help of Chef Shankari. To begin the meal, you'll make a classic soup with chicken, coconut milk, lime leaves and lemon grass to prepare your palate. Then make flavorful jasmine rice for a side. You'll learn how to make a curry with Thai bir chilies and coriander seeds to enjoy with the rice. Finish the meal with a dessert made with banana and tapioca flour for a decadent dessert.
