Learn traditional techniques for crafting French fare while you're making French onion soup with onion, white wine and vegan cheese. Chef Maggie will guide you through preparing ratatouille with fresh produce like tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant, along with a side dish of garlic and chive-roasted potatoes. Finish strong with a sweet dessert of crepes, with your choice of chocolate, banana or strawberry flavors.

Chef Maggie was amazing!! She just needs a microphone because there was music playing loudly from one side of the place. Most of us could barely hear her. Everything else was PERFECT. She is such an amazing soul and a natural at this. Thank you again for an amazing experience!! It was mine and my friend’s first time taking a cooking class. Looking forward to more

Chef Maggie taught me how to make a massaged kale salad and did a whole lesson on kale, including a breakdown of the different types of kale and spoke about the bitterness and how massaging it reduces that. She demonstrated some great knife skills cutting a few different things and gave a lot of information about the nutrients in each food and the antibiotic properties of garlic!
