Chef Shankari will teach you the recipes and techniques of classics, starting with pakora, made with chickpea flour, onions and rice flour. Then, make a rich butter chicken with onions, tomato and ginger. Whip up cumin rice with bay leaf to be a side for your flavorful dishes. For dessert, a sweet mango lassi with yogurt, milk and cardamom to end the meal.
