Hello Chef Paige, Thanks for the opportunity to cook with you and your staff in your marvelous Asian Dumpling class. My husband and I had a ball creating dumplings that we see at many expensive restaurants. You made the job so easy to recreate. We will definitely have another cooking session with you, maybe an Asian cooking class. And thanks for feeding us. The charcuterie and wine made the experience fulfilling. Thanks sooooo much!
