Cooking Class: Make Authentic Pasta

You'll feel like you're having lunch in Italy in this immersive cooking class. Chef Danny will teach you the recipes and techniques to create authentic handmade pasta from scratch. You'll use flour, eggs and water, as well as potatoes, to craft a handmade tortellini and gnocchi. Master the technique to roll and shape the dough, then cook it to perfection. Then, make a savory ragu sauce with slow-cooked beef mixed with vegetables and tomato paste. Mix your pasta and sauce and finish the class with your decadent Italian meal.

Hello Chef Paige, Thanks for the opportunity to cook with you and your staff in your marvelous Asian Dumpling class. My husband and I had a ball creating dumplings that we see at many expensive restaurants. You made the job so easy to recreate.
