This hands-on cooking class incorporates classic
Mediterranean ingredients from vegetable crudités to harissa to kalamata olives.
Guided by your host, Chef Michael, you will learn how to prepare classic Mediterranean
staples for all to enjoy. First, you will learn how to make hummus with a twist
by incorporating jalapeños and avocados. Next, you will prepare a traditional dish
made from ground lamb known as kofta to be served with basmati rice. Finally,
you will whip together zucchini noodles with lemon, feta and kalamata olives
before moving on to prepare a fresh almond cake with farmer’s market fruits.
