Making pasta shouldn’t be petrifying and in this interactive cooking class, a five-star chef will show you just how easy it is to make your favorite pasta dishes. With years of experience beneath his chef’s hat, Chef Brian believes in the fun of cooking. You will begin class by making a rich truffled mushroom and potato agnolotti covered in a brown butter sauce and topped with crispy prosciutto. You will then move on to assemble a classic fettuccine with a pesto twist.
