Cooking Class: Make Perfect Parfaits

Turn your singular dessert into a sensational selection all in the same glass in this parfait-centered interactive cooking class! Chef Birdie has the inside scoop on creating lovely layered treats that look as amazing as they taste. You'll learn to use tempting ingredients like succulent fruit, decadent pound cake, silky pudding and delectable cookies to create your own multi-level masterpieces. You'll also prepare a batch of fresh whipped cream to top your desserts with a final dollop of homemade goodness.

Birdie is very sweet but the class was not as interactive as it could have been and it was definitively geared towards children—we made Cookie Monster ice cream with cheap ingredients. It was disappointing.
