Cooking Class: Make Pizza Neapolitan From Scratch

When made by hand, the humble pizza takes on an entirely new level of flavor and elegance. In this interactive class with Chef Paco, you'll explore pizza-making techniques, including kneading the dough to a perfect consistency, baking it in the oven, and selecting the right toppings. Begin the hands-on class with a palate-cleansing mixed green salad. Next, you'll prepare Neapolitan pizza from scratch, including making the dough and choosing from a wide variety of toppings, like fresh basil, tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, and olives. Finally, learn how to craft a crème brûlée.
