There was not enough equipment for everybody to use. The instructions weren’t clear. The class was supposed to last 3 hours, but everybody left after an hour. It definitely wasn’t worth the $60 that I paid! And, you should let people know that the class takes place outside. I didn’t put sunscreen on thinking we’d be in a brewery!!!

Great concept but Matt was overextended with people. The class was chaotic and too much for one person. Got some good hints on making pasta and learned how to combine all the ingredients.

Needed more Machines to use and the group was rather large 22 I think. But The Chef was helping all as much as he could. All and all it was fun.

My fiancé and I had so much fun. He was very professional and showed us tons of new tricks that we will be bringing into our own kitchen!

The idea of the class is great. The cutting boards were brand new so hadn't been washed. Pasta equipment looked dirty. There was not enough equipment for everyone to use, so was dried out by our turn to use. Room was warm and not enough space to move around. Would have been nice to have a paper recipe to make again in future and how to cook pasta once home.

Not worth the money. We barely got to make cheese, not enough supplies, and we got to eat one piece of cheese for $60. I expected to have my own work station and be able to make cheese start to finish myself and at least get to eat something for $60. Chef Matthew was really nice and he tried hard, but I would not do this again or recommend it for the money. It was held in a brewery without even enough room for everyone to sit at the table. Maybe if it included a beer or two, it could have been more worth it.

Chef Mathew was great. He answered all our questions and was able to provide one on one with all the participants.
