Cooking Class: Fresh French Pastries

You'll feel like you're at a traditional French patisserie in this immersive cooking class. Chef Sarah will teach you the recipes and techniques to craft classic French sweets. Start by whipping up a choux pastry to make Ă©clairs. Mix strawberries and heavy whipping cream for a sweet glaze. Next on the menu are financiers made with brown butter and topped with fresh raspberries. Finish with a classic frit galette, combining flour, butter, sugar and almond meal into a buttery crust. Fill it with seasonal fruit and bake it until golden perfection.
