Cooking Class: Classic Vietnamese Fare

Join Chef Linda for an engaging cooking class where you'll create a delicious four-course Vietnamese meal.


First up, you'll prepare fresh spring rolls with shrimp and vegetables served with peanut sauce. Then you'll make saucy Asian meatballs served over rice noodles, paired with garlic stir-fried spinach. For a sweet finish, you'll create a creamy coconut rice pudding. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Vietnamese cooking techniques and flavors. Chef Linda will guide you through each recipe, teaching you about Vietnamese cuisine and history along the way.

Shrimp and Vegetable Spring Rolls

With shrimp, cucumber, carrot, fresh herbs, rice paper wraps and peanut sauce (SunButter alternative available on request)


Asian Meatballs on Rice Noodles

With ground beef, water chestnuts, onion, egg, chili-garlic sauce and hoisin sauce


Stir-Fried Spinach With Garlic

With spinach, garlic and oyster sauce


Coconut Rice Pudding

With rice, milk, coconut milk, cinnamon, egg and salt
