During this session, you'll make fresh guacamole served with crispy totopos, followed by a hearty black bean tortilla soup. You'll also prepare a rich mole sauce with dried chiles and aromatic spices, along with a fresh cabbage slaw featuring lime and jalapeño. Chef Linda was wonderful! Our group enjoyed learning cooking techniques, helpful tips and with a sprinkle of humor and history. The dishes were flavorful and we greatly enjoyed her company. Highly recommend!

She has extensive experience in cooking instruction with adults and children, and enjoys showing others how to recreate traditional dishes for those with food allergies or special diets.
