We had a wonderful time. The class was small enough that Chef Justin was able to work with every group. The pasta was so much better than the store bought stuff. We would recommend taking this class to anyone interested in learning how to make fresh pasta.

Chef Justin is an excellent instructor. He is also a very cool guy. The entire class was engaged in the process of pasta making. It was so much fun. We learned a lot. REALLY enjoyed the class. So much that we’re coming back to the pizza making class. Can’t wait! Btw my Hubs and I have our tip before we left.

We had so much fun with Chef Justin! This was my first class and I went by myself. He made me feel comfortable, was playful and was very knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better class.
