Chef jimi was very accommodating. However, maybe the location and lack of supply ie table cloths and extra soups chef would’ve been some better touches . Overall, chef Jimi did a wonderful job trying to to accommodate 17-20 students . There only so much one person can do while teaching and helping .

It was pretty underwhelming experience, expected more out of the event and venue. The food was good but not very much and definitely something you could make with directions at home.

Chef Jimi is super personable and his food is to die for. I definitely recommend him for a date night, birthday party or night with friends!

Chef Jimi was great but the class was a bit unorganized. There weren't enough gloves for everyone so it was 2 per table, one pasta making machine so it took forever for everyone to make the pasta & we didn't really get to learn how to make the alfredo sauce. The pasta did come out good & the food we got to eat that he made was great. We also only learned how to make fresh pasta & took it home to cook it. It was a learn how to make pasta class. But Chef Jimi was great he just needed to be set up better.
