In this team building activity with Chef Kymberly, you and your team will explore traditional Italian cuisine and learn how to prepare your own personalized pizzas. To kick things off, you'll assemble a bite-sized bruschetta appetizer bursting with the flavors of fresh tomatoes and either peppery arugula or caramelized onions. Then, you'll have the chance to get creative as you all build your own individualized pizzas, choosing from an assortment of meats, vegetables and cheeses. Finally, the class will end with a favorite Italian dessert, tart lemon ricotta cake made to your liking.

With baguette, tomatoes, beets, arugula, Parmesan and caramelized onions
Build Your Own Pizza
With tomato sauce and your choice of cheese, bell peppers, onions, olives, spinach, pepperoni, chicken and mushrooms

With flour, sugar and eggs
