Chef Tess, classically trained under world-class chefs, is experienced in a wide range of techniques and cuisines from rustic Italian to molecular gastronomy. She spent years in the restaurant industry and even achieved second place on the Food Network’s "Chopped." Now, Chef Tess focuses her passion for food by teaching people how to cook simple and satisfying food. She's also been part of a talk show series on YouTube called "Good Mythical Morning."

Chef Tess was excellent! The class was educational, delightful, and fun! She gave us prep tips to make cooking efficient and easier. Her menu was delicious! I will definitely be signing up for another one.

Informative and hilarious! My wife and I did Japanese food with her, some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. We would recommend her to all of our friends and family.
