Chef Karen
After spending her entire life experimenting in the kitchen and tending a garden, Chef Karen decided to make cooking her profession and attended culinary school in 2012. Since graduating, she has worked in some of Seattle's best restaurants and, after a few years in catering, has turned to food as wellness. Chef Karen now hosts a variety of interactive culinary experiences, including private events at local farms and classes for home cooks of all calibers.

Chef Karen is nice and friendly. Reason for my low rating is due to my failed expectations. For the amount that we paid, I was expecting much more. I was expecting that each student gets their own station with their own set of ingredients to follow and cook along with the chef. I was disappointed at how disorganize the class was. My group of 16 didn't feel like we learned much. The social aspect of the event can be held at literally any domain, we didn't necessarily have to pay so much to stand around and socialize for a mere hour. Furthermore, the website said we can bring our own beverages, I was disappointed that this was not the case. Overall, I don't recommend.
