Learn to prepare authentic Italian dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Leroy. He will teach you time-honored cooking techniques used in Italian cooking to assemble an incredible meal full of rich flavors. First, you'll prepare fresh caprese skewers with heirloom cherry tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. Then you'll make traditional beef spiedini kebabs served with a spicy tomato sauce. For the entrée, you'll learn to make Vincisgrassi, a layered dish made with meat, vegetables, red wine and pasta. Wrap up this incredible meal with a delicious dessert of cannolis.

We really enjoyed Chef Leroy's class. He is extremely talented with his cooking skills and the flavors of his dishes were perfect! We will be booking when we are back in the area.
