Cooking Class: Introduction to Nigiri

Learn to prepare a sushi variation that’s sure to satisfy in this hands-on cooking class. 


Practice makes perfect for nigiri, a version of sushi that may seem complicated but can be mastered with assistance from Chef Jinhe in this hands-on cooking experience!


You’ll first craft an avocado salad and learn to make authentic sushi rice. Then, you’ll use it to create seasonal nigiri with finely sliced, high-quality salmon and tuna, prawns, and crab or yellowtail. You’ll also learn to make a coconut milk jelly with mango for dessert, a sweet refreshing conclusion to this unique culinary lesson.
