You’ll add several news versions of classic dumplings to your repertoire, including a pork dumpling and a colorful choice a chicken dumpling dyed made with beet flour or a vibrant green vegetarian dumpling made with parsley flour. You’ll also learn to create an array of Chinese wontons, including a dessert wonton to satisfy your sweet tooth.
