Fresh ingredients, inventive techniques, and the unique personalities of husband and wife cooking team Chef Marc and Chef Patty make learning new dumpling recipes a genuine treat!
You’ll add several new versions of classic dumplings to your repertoire, including a pork dumpling and a vibrant green vegan dumpling made with parsley flour. You’ll also learn to create an array of Chinese sides and snacks.
Unfortunately, menus cannot be modified to account for dietary restrictions or special requests at this time.

Great experience and even better dumplings!
Husband-and-wife culinary wonder team Chef Patty and Chef Marc are renowned for their inventive dumpling creations, filled with flavor and personality. Originally from Taiwan, Chef Patty emigrated to the U.S., where she met Chef Marc, her future husband and business partner. As an entrepreneurial duo, they’ve started several successful restaurants and a cooking school dedicated to the delicious art of the dumpling.
