She shares her secrets of classic baking for a trio of delights that's sure to please your friends and family! Snack on fresh vegetables and savory dips as you prepare pot de crème in both dark and white chocolate flavors, cherry clafoutis featuring fresh cream and Belgian lace cookies flavored with almonds and robed in chocolate. It's an elegant spread of sweet treats as lovely as they are decadent!

Chef Susie created an incredible experience for us that was insightful, fun, and -- above all -- delicious. We learned so much through her instruction and thoughtful answers to our questions, I can't wait to apply everything in my own kitchen. On top of all of that, she was incredibly kind and accommodating to our special requests surrounding my mom's birthday and even added a few special surprises of her own that left my entire family raving. Before starting her culinary career, Chef Susie worked as a TV executive at three of the Big Four networks, and is now the author of three books.
