Mediterranean cuisine goes vegetarian in this hands-on cooking class. Join Chef Daniel as he teaches you advanced cooking techniques and methods you can use in your own kitchen. Chef Daniel will have an eggplant "caviar" tartelette appetizer already prepared. You can enjoy this as you prepare a hearty Mediterranean bean soup with tomato pesto. Your entrée is a savory vegetarian moussaka and dessert is a fresh apple tart filled with the aromas of cinnamon and sugar.
