Cooking Class: South Indian Home Cooking
Join Chef Rajeswari for a hands-on South Indian cooking class that will introduce you to the bold flavors of this legendary cuisine.
This class focuses on creating a complete meal with dishes that perfectly balance spicy and cooling elements. You’ll start with “Chicken 65,” a crispy and flavorful dish made with boneless chicken, ginger, garlic, lemon and just the right amount of chili heat. Next, learn how to make a classic chicken biryani infused with warm spices like garam masala, fresh mint and a rich masala blend. To balance out the spices, you'll prepare a cooling cucumber and onion raita made with creamy yogurt and fresh coriander. And for a sweet finish, you'll whip up a smooth and refreshing mango lassi using mango pulp, yogurt and a touch of sugar.
