Create mini-chocolate brownies topped with homemade raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream. Then, make bite-sized chocolate tarts featuring phyllo dough crusts topped with crushed nuts. Prepare phyllo cups filled with silky lemon curd and raspberries topped with whipped cream. And if that isn't enough, whip up a fresh berry trifle using dreamy pound cake and even more fresh whipped cream.

Meet your chef
For the past two decades, Chef Elham has been sharing her passion for cooking with others as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
