In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you will employ simple techniques to assemble a fresh and flavorful poke bowl. Chef Justin will guide you in dicing sashimi-grade fish to marinate and then place over a bed of steamed rice alongside an assortment of sliced seasonal vegetables. Enjoy while nibbling on charred shishito peppers with a soy glaze. Finally, explore how contrasting temperatures and textures create culinary delights as you lightly batter and fry a banana until golden and crispy before enjoying à la mode.

Guest reviews for Chef Justin

Chef Justin's Flavors of Latin America class was awesome! He and his wife welcomed our party of 6 into their beautiful home and made us all feel so comfortable. He took the time to teach each of us different cooking techniques and tips so we were all part of the meal while also allowing us to socialize and enjoy ourselves. He broke down a 3 course meal in a way that even the most beginner of cooks can keep up. Not to mention the actual meal was amazing, everyone had seconds and took home leftovers! He also made sure to adhere to the highest COVID-19 safety standards to keep everyone safe. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible and fun a class with Chef Justin is. Would recommend for any date night, girls night, or just to learn some new skills and recipes!
