After learning to handcraft fresh, homemade pasta, you’ll create tagliatelle with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, tagliolini carbonara with pancetta and meatballs with San Marzano sauce. Wrap up your lesson with a crema pasticcera served for dessert, draped in fresh strawberry sauce.

We had such a good time! Chef Luca made us feel so comfortable, we sampled a variety of dishes, practiced making pasta, had a great meal with an AMAZING homemade gelato dessert. We brought wine to enjoy with the meal as well. I absolutely recommend this class, great date night for out-of-towners like us!
