Cooking Class: Authentic Pasta Dinner

Create a trio of traditional Italian recipes featuring tender handmade pasta and savory sauces.


Few meals are as satisfying as an authentic Italian dinner. With guidance from Chef Luca in this hands-on cooking class, you’ll master the art of homemade pasta and prepare a variety of rich, savory sauces — and a traditional dessert for good measure!


After learning to handcraft fresh, homemade pasta, you’ll create tagliatelle with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, tagliolini carbonara with pancetta and meatballs with San Marzano sauce. Wrap up your lesson with a crema pasticcera served for dessert, draped in fresh strawberry sauce.
