Starting with a classic wonton soup with ground pork or chicken, spring onions, mushroom and sesame oil, Chef Andrea will guide you through the basics of Asian cuisine. Next, you'll dish up spicy soy-ginger salmon or chicken paired with fluffy stir-fried jasmine rice with celery, garlic, onion, carrots, red pepper, ginger and soy sauce. End class on a sweet note with handmade crisp fortune cookies using homemade panna cotta.
